Requirements
Must:
- Experience leading site reliability engineering or infrastructure engineering teams
- Strong background in cloud platforms, distributed systems, and production operations
- Proven track record in implementing monitoring, observability, and incident response practices
- Knowledge of automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Experience enhancing system reliability, scalability, and performance in production environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, operations, and executive leadership teams
- Strong understanding of modern DevOps and platform engineering methodologies
- Must be willing to work onsite with engineering and operations teams
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives that enhance reliability for systems supporting large-scale logistics and warehouse operations
- Build and manage a high-performing engineering team dedicated to uptime, automation, and resilience
- Operate at the intersection of technology, operations, and national supply chain infrastructure
- Impact the design and stability of mission-critical platforms across the organization
- Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams in an onsite leadership capacity
