Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or higher
- Over 10 years of large-scale construction experience or 5+ years specifically in hyperscale data center projects
- Preferably have a background in mission-critical environments
- Proficient in Procore and Bluebeam
- OSHA-10 certification required; OSHA-30 certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary on-site representative during construction
- Facilitate the management of RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Accelerate design decisions involving civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines
- Provide weekly reports on site observations
- Coordinate punch list activities and support schedule alignment
- Assist with BIM reviews and conduct on-site meetings
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders
