Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Proficient in creating forms, workflows, and catalog items
- Skilled in configuring ServiceNow for enterprise IT service environments
- Familiar with platform scripting, specifically JavaScript within ServiceNow
- Experience in transitioning or modernizing legacy service workflows
- Capable of performing independently in a dynamic delivery setting
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules to enhance internal service workflows
- Reconstruct and modernize around 40 legacy internal forms within ServiceNow
- Facilitate the migration of service request functionalities from legacy systems into ServiceNow
- Configure workflows, catalog items, and automation processes
- Collaborate with internal architects and IT leadership to ensure alignment with platform strategies
- Assist in platform enhancements and develop extensions as adoption increases
- Support testing, deployment, and documentation of new solutions
Description
We are a large enterprise technology organization actively enhancing our internal ServiceNow platform capabilities. We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 3-5 years of experience to support a significant workflow modernization initiative. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact an enterprise-wide platform transformation and contribute to shaping our internal ServiceNow adoption strategy. The position is fully remote, and we emphasize hands-on ownership of projects rather than maintenance tasks, with a strong likelihood of extending this role beyond the initial engagement.
