Requirements
Must:
- MS degree or PhD in wireless communications, signal processing, electrical engineering, computer engineering, systems engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in wireless system design and development.
- Involvement in the entire wireless technology development cycle from design to field testing.
- Proven knowledge and experience in RF propagation and channel modeling.
- Extensive expertise in various components of digital communication systems, including RF subsystems, synchronization, channel estimation, and channel coding.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in signal processing algorithms, MIMO, OFDM, etc.
- Strong grasp of modeling and mitigating RF impairments such as AGC, phase noise, frequency/clock offset.
- Background in fixed point modeling, implementation, and validation.
- Proficiency in MATLAB programming and simulation.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced wireless communication systems.
- Participate in the full cycle of wireless technology development, including design, testing, and field implementation.
- Model RF propagation and conduct channel modeling to optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with team members to address challenges in digital communication systems.
- Implement signal processing algorithms and solutions for improved communication quality.
- Analyze and mitigate RF impairments affecting signals.
- Conduct fixed point modeling and perform rigorous testing and validation of developed systems.
- Produce high-quality simulation and programming outputs using MATLAB.
