Senior Solution Architect - Agentic AI

Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Over 10 years of experience in solution architecture, automation, or AI platforms
- At least 3 years of experience in designing and deploying production-level agentic AI solutions with multi-agent orchestration on an enterprise scale
- Proven track record of integrating AI agents with critical business systems (ERP, CRM, ITSM) and workflows
- Expertise in generative AI, agent autonomy, tool integration, and human-in-the-loop design
- Familiarity with standards such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication protocols
- Practical experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph, Microsoft Autogen, Azure AI Agent Service, CrewAI, N8N, UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
- Experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong background in enterprise integrations (REST/GraphQL, event-driven systems), identity/access management (OAuth/OIDC, SCIM), and collaboration platforms (Teams, Slack)
- Understanding of AI security and compliance best practices, including data isolation, audit trails, and PII protection
- An analytical mindset with a data-oriented approach to solving problems
- Strategic thinker with robust enterprise solution design expertise
- Excellent at engaging stakeholders and presenting to executives
- Ability to break down complex technical subjects for non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree or MBA is a plus
- Experience within large, complex organizations
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-scale agentic AI solutions that incorporate multi-agent collaboration
- Align solutions with business objectives and measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost savings, efficiency, and performance
- Focus on creating intuitive, user-centered designs that facilitate seamless, context-aware interactions like chat, voice, and embedded interfaces
- Ensure clear escalation paths and adhere to conversational UX best practices
- Guide cross-functional delivery teams (IT, engineers, process owners) to achieve rapid, high-return solution delivery
- Synchronize architecture and execution across diverse teams
- Establish and maintain best practices for agentic AI solution design, orchestration patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and guardrails
- Guarantee the consistency, scalability, and reliability of enterprise deployments
- Create and sustain a framework that classifies agentic solutions, including autonomous workflows and orchestration patterns
- Develop and promote reusable components such as prompts and connectors to expedite delivery and enhance value
- Oversee a registry of agents and agentic processes while managing ownership, performance, and dependency data
- Ensure solutions comply with governance, transparency, security, and compliance standards
- Showcase the potential of agentic AI capabilities through compelling demonstrations
- Mentor teams in frameworks, autonomy design, and safety patterns, sharing insights to drive adoption
