Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in project engineering, site engineering, RFIs, and punch lists is preferred
- Strong comprehension of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of working under pressure and adhering to tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to be onsite regularly and adapt to changing field conditions
- Valid drivers license and dependable transportation
