Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in software development focusing on Go, Python, and React
- Demonstrated expertise with AWS, API, Startups, LLMs, Vector Search Systems, Consulting Software, and GovCon experience
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Experience in leading and managing software development projects in an organized manner
- Background in a consulting role, adept at translating business needs into technical solutions
- Familiarity with navigating government contracts and associated regulations
- A genuine enthusiasm for technology and commitment to staying abreast of industry trends
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy software solutions using Go, Python, and React
- Collaborate with diverse teams to define, design, and launch new features
- Utilize AWS cloud services to ensure our applications are scalable and reliable
- Create and sustain APIs for seamless integration with other systems
- Engage in the complete software development life cycle, from requirement gathering to deployment
- Offer technical leadership and help advance our software architecture
- Promote best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability
- Contribute to the startup ecosystem by crafting innovative solutions for complex challenges
- Implement LLMs and Vector Search Systems in our software development and consulting work
- Use GovCon experience to manage government contracts and regulations effectively
