Requirements
Must:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
- 5-10 years of experience in personal injury law, particularly in plaintiff-side cases
- Proven first-chair trial experience in personal injury litigation preferred
- Strong second-chair candidates with relevant hands-on experience will be considered
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Commitment to advocating for clients with compassion and diligence
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in personal injury cases, with a focus on motor vehicle accidents and slip-and-fall incidents
- Manage cases from initial intake through trial and verdict
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct depositions and interrogatories as needed
- Negotiate settlements while keeping client interests as a priority
- Collaborate closely with our team of attorneys and support staff
- Provide clients with clear communication and updates on case progress
