Requirements
Must:
- Must reside in one of the following states: AR, CA, CO, CT, HI, MA, ME, MN, MO, NC, NV, NY, OK, PA, TX, UT, VT, or WA.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and engineering high-quality user interfaces.
- Expertise in React with a solid understanding of data structures, best practices, scalable methods, algorithms, and optimizing web performance.
- Strong grasp of user experience and visual design principles.
- Experience in leading frontend projects, making architectural decisions, and mentoring team members while connecting frontend and backend systems.
- Proficient in Python, Django, and FastAPI, with a demonstrated ability to effectively construct and engage with APIs.
- Proven experience in contributing to Python projects professionally.
- Comfort in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment where adaptability and problem-solving are essential.
- Key personal attributes include persistence, intelligence, creativity, flexibility, passion, humility, curiosity, and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging in effective discussions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement exceptional user interfaces using React.
- Lead frontend projects and make architectural choices to enhance user experience.

- Mentor junior developers and guide them in best practices.
- Develop and interact with APIs using Python, Django, and FastAPI.
