Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in project engineering, site engineering, RFIs, and punch lists is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and the MS Office Suite.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to be onsite regularly and adapt to changing field conditions.
- Valid drivers license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project budgets, scopes of work, and timelines.
- Oversee subcontractor outreach and coordination.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance processes.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs and punch lists.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project progress and updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Assist in developing project schedules and managing deliverables.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the team.
