Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in developing and deploying production systems
- Strong foundational skills in backend development, with Python preferred for backend roles
- Experience as a full stack developer using modern web frameworks is advantageous, flexible on technology stack
- Familiarity with distributed systems, asynchronous processing, or event-driven architectures
- Interest or experience in creating AI-centric or LLM-driven products
- Solid product instincts and meticulous attention to detail
- High degree of ownership and ability to adapt in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Constructing agentic systems that automate intricate, multi-step workflows from start to finish
- Designing scalable backend systems, APIs, and event-driven architectures
- Developing AI-enhanced features utilizing LLMs in operational settings
- Enhancing system performance, reliability, and data models as the product evolves
- Creating user-friendly internal and external tools
- Designing integrations with third-party platforms and services
- Adapting system architecture to accommodate rapid growth and increasing complexity
