Requirements
Must:

- Over 5 years of experience in software development
- Proficient in .NET Core, C#, and Advanced SQL
- Understanding of agile development frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to function both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Demonstrated experience in developing and designing software solutions
- Skilled in managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines
- Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in software development
Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, debug, and maintain software applications in alignment with industry best practices
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and devise effective solutions
- Engage in every phase of the software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation, testing, and upkeep
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
- Work closely with project management to ensure timely and successful software delivery
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies to maintain innovation in our software solutions
- Troubleshoot and rectify software defects and issues
