Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in Cloud Operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or DevOps roles.
- More than 5 years in security engineering or information security.
- Proficient in securing AWS infrastructure including IAM, VPC, KMS, and GuardDuty.
- Knowledgeable about compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO, and HIPAA.
- Practical experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), threat detection, and remediation.
- Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach as the lead in security initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and enhance current infrastructure and applications for security.
- Implement monitoring systems, manage vulnerabilities, and oversee incident response.
- Establish and promote security best practices across engineering teams.
- Collaborate with leadership on SOC2 compliance and audit preparations.
- Integrate security into cloud operations, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and development processes.
