Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with Ruby on Rails, as our platforms predominantly utilize this framework.
- Background in Software Development Engineering in Test (SDET) or web development with a focus on UI testing.
- Strong interest in transitioning into a testing-focused role or leveraging strategic thinking in testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with Playwright, Claude Code, and Harness for building automated testing frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of three Quality Engineers to implement robust automated testing frameworks.
- Standardize the usage of testing tools across various teams to facilitate seamless integration.
- Drive our objective of achieving DORA Elite performance by empowering engineers rather than obstructing their workflow.
- Engage daily with product and engineering teams to ensure cohesive development and testing processes.
- Contribute to the growth and evolution of testing strategies and tools within our organization.
