Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Over seven years of professional experience in electrical engineering
- Practical experience in designing and working with microwave-band circuits
- Demonstrated expertise across the complete PCB design process, including schematic capture, layout, fabrication, and assembly
- Strong hands-on experience with Altium Designer
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and qualification of advanced RF and microwave hardware for space and defense applications
- Take full ownership of RF hardware from concept through design, testing, and production support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of RF hardware to meet requirements
- Provide technical support and guidance during the production phase
