Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management position within the B2B sector.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and executing large-scale IT projects.
- Strong expertise in SQL, API testing, and integrations.
- Excellent customer success and stakeholder management abilities.
- Deep understanding of user experience principles and methodologies.
- Effective leadership skills, with a talent for inspiring and guiding a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, adept at navigating complex situations to achieve results.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex ideas to various audiences.
- Proven capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap, working closely with stakeholders to meet business and customer needs.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, utilizing user experience insights to influence product development and improvements.
- Lead the product management team, promoting a culture of innovation and ongoing enhancement.
- Collaborate with the IT Project Management team to ensure timely and successful product releases.
- Use technical expertise in SQL and API testing to evaluate the feasibility and performance of our services.
- Apply your comprehensive knowledge of SASS and integrations to devise innovative and effective solutions for our clients.
- Enhance customer success by creating and executing strategies that boost product adoption and satisfaction.
- Regularly assess and analyze product performance, utilizing data-driven insights to guide decision-making and strategic initiatives.
