Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV installation and management of complex audio-visual systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of audio-visual equipment including projectors, microphones, speakers, video screens, amplifiers, and sound mixing boards.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting intricate AV issues and delivering effective solutions.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Relevant professional certifications in AV technology would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all facets of AV projects, including planning, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of audio-visual systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AV systems with existing IT infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
- Develop and enact AV system standards and procedures to guarantee quality and consistency.
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of AV equipment and services.
- Conduct regular system audits and perform necessary upgrades or repairs to maintain optimal performance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in audio-visual technology to recommend innovative solutions.
- Deliver training and technical support to end-users for maximizing the utilization of AV systems.
