Requirements
Must:
- Over 6 years of product design experience with a robust portfolio
- Experience in designing complex B2B or enterprise software where systems, data, and workflows are essential
- Strong visual design abilities for creating clarity and structure within information-dense interfaces
- Familiarity with various platforms including dashboards, developer tools, and mobile interfaces
- Ability to conceptualize user experiences in relation to underlying system architecture
- Proven experience in collaborating with engineers, engaging in technical discussions regarding APIs, constraints, and system functionality
- Demonstrated ownership with the capacity to function as a senior individual contributor, influencing product direction
- Proficient with contemporary AI-assisted design methodologies that enhance speed and scope of exploration
- Background in creating or contributing to design systems utilized by engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Design the core product experience for dashboards, developer workflows, and mobile interfaces
- Translate intricate systems, including APIs and real-world data, into user-friendly interfaces
- Develop visual systems that help users comprehend state, behavior, and changes in extensive connected environments
- Oversee the entire user journey from initial interaction through continuous usage, ensuring unity across all engagement points
- Construct and enhance a scalable design system promoting efficiency, consistency, and long-term product development
- Engage directly with customers to understand their perspectives on operational workflows and system visibility
- Collaborate intimately with engineering and product teams to refine both the user experience and system design
- Leverage AI to expedite design exploration, prototyping, and iteration processes
