Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline
- Over 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a comparable role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale datasets
- In-depth knowledge of event-based analytics tools like Amplitude, Segment, or Pendo
- Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Astrato, Looker, or Tableau
- Strong data visualization skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Demonstrated success in leveraging quantitative analysis for product decision-making and strategy
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to work independently or collaboratively
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify critical product metrics and develop data-driven strategies to optimize them
- Perform in-depth analysis of user behavior and engagement trends using event-based analytics tools
- Use advanced SQL skills to manage large, production-scale datasets and derive significant insights
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track and present product performance metrics
- Utilize BI and visualization tools to communicate intricate data effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven recommendations and assess their impact
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance our analytical capabilities
