Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science is highly preferred
- Openness to complete a coding assessment as part of the application process
- Availability to work onsite five days a week in the Tysons, VA area
- Strong background in full stack and backend development
- Proficiency in Nix
- Familiarity with Rust, TypeScript, or C/C++ is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and development of software applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance as needed
- Troubleshoot and debug applications as issues arise
