Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. An MBA or CFA is preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar capacity within the financial services, FinTech, or insurance sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in pricing strategy, capital efficiency, three-statement modeling, and financial risk evaluation.
- Strong strategic analysis and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of managing intricate financial situations.
- Proven leadership skills with experience guiding and nurturing high-achieving teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and accounting practices.
- Proficient in various financial software and databases.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and a strong focus on urgency and achieving results.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic financial models and forecasts that align with the companys short-term and long-term objectives.
- Supervise the development and implementation of pricing strategies aimed at maximizing profitability and market presence while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Oversee capital efficiency monitoring to ensure optimal resource allocation and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Lead revenue modeling initiatives to accurately forecast future earnings and identify avenues for expansion.
- Conduct assessments of financial risks to identify potential challenges and formulate strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to align financial operations with the overall company mission and vision.
- Manage the preparation of comprehensive financial reports, ensuring their correctness and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team, promoting a culture of continuous advancement and mutual respect.
