Senior Network Engineer - FTTH OSS/BSS

Requirements
Must:
- 7-10+ years of experience in ISP or telecom sectors with a focus on FTTH
- Proficient in PON technologies, IP/MPLS, BGP, EVPN, VXLAN, QoS, multicast, and IPv6
- Strong understanding of OSS/BSS integrations and automation frameworks
- Expertise in Linux and scripting languages (Python, Bash, Ansible)
- Proven leadership capabilities and project management experience
- Preferred knowledge of SDN/NFV architectures and optical transport (DWDM, CWDM)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices (DPI, DDoS mitigation)
- Vendor or industry certifications (Nokia, Calix, Adtran, Ubiquiti, Cisco, Juniper)
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and advancement of GPON/XGS PON and Active Ethernet networks
- Architect integrations for OSS/BSS related to provisioning, monitoring, and billing
- Drive automation projects utilizing Python, Bash, Ansible, Netconf/YANG, and REST APIs
- Oversee proactive monitoring, capacity management, and enhance performance
- Mentor engineering team members and act as a final escalation point for complex issues
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to align technical strategies with business objectives
