Requirements

- At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role in billing
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency with e-billing platforms (e.g., Bottomline, Ascent, CounselLink, TyMetrix360, Quovant)
- Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
- Strong communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the complete billing operations of the firm, leading a team of 10 billing professionals
- Ensure timely and precise billing, adhering to client specifications and firm regulations
- Develop and implement efficient billing processes, standard operating procedures, and enhancements
- Collaborate with attorneys, financial teams, and clients to streamline billing and collections
- Generate and present financial and billing reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Serve as the primary authority on e-billing platforms, including CounselLink and others
- Handle billing-related audits, budgeting, and reconciliation efforts
- Train, assess, and mentor members of the billing team
