Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development, focusing on modern .NET frameworks and API integration.
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance systems, preferably in complex environments with third-party integrations.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud computing solutions.
- Excellent coding skills, with this role being 90% hands-on and requiring daily coding, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
- Experience or genuine interest in mentoring and fostering the growth of fellow engineers.
- Outstanding communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive in learning new technologies, tools, and best practices within the payments and fintech sectors.
- Aspiration to advance into a leadership position (Team Lead or Tech Lead) within the next 12-24 months, with a goal to shape both technical strategy and team culture.
Responsibilities
