Must:

- 5-7 years of backend development experience, focusing predominantly on .NET technologies
- Strong expertise in MySQL; experience with MariaDB is advantageous

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Basic understanding of cloud microservices architecture, with exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and leading cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, facilitating effective collaboration
- Previous experience working with offshore development teams is preferred
- Knowledge of front-end technologies and frameworks is beneficial
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable server-side applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET)
- Take ownership of existing .NET applications, enhancing their capabilities
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure smooth integration between user-facing elements and backend logic
- Design and manage efficient database systems, focusing on MySQL; familiarity with MariaDB is a plus
- Apply principles of cloud microservices architecture and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, or AWS for system development and deployment
- Identify and resolve performance issues to maintain system reliability and responsiveness
- Engage in code reviews, ensuring clean and maintainable code, while mentoring junior developers in best practices
- Work cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and QA teams to define, design, and deliver new features
- Keep updated on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices to stimulate innovation and efficiency
- Contribute to the enhancement of development workflows and operational processes for greater productivity
- Facilitate effective collaboration with offshore development teams to ensure successful project execution
