Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in designing and executing ML solutions.
- Proficient in Python and Scala programming languages.
- Familiarity with data pipeline technologies like Spark and Snowflake.
- Demonstrated experience in consulting with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of infrastructure management tools such as Terraform and Docker.
- Experience in establishing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Thorough understanding of ML algorithms and their practical applications.
- Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills for complex data and ML challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-driven and proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Eagerness to learn and stay current with advancements in the ML field.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust and scalable ML solutions in alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to implement and launch scalable ML solutions in production environments.
- Create and maintain data pipelines for processing large volumes of data.
- Utilize tools such as Spark, Snowflake, Python, and Scala for data extraction, cleaning, and transformation.
- Establish best practices for ML development, including thorough testing, documentation, and version control.
- Work with cross-functional teams to comprehend their requirements and translate them into effective ML solutions.
- Deliver consulting services to both internal and external stakeholders regarding ML best practices and solutions.
- Employ tools like Terraform and Docker for infrastructure management and ML model deployment.
- Create and oversee CI/CD pipelines for ML implementations.
- Remain updated on the latest ML trends and incorporate new technologies and methodologies as necessary.
