Requirements
Must:
- Prior experience in a large multi-office law firm or enterprise
- Over 7 years of IT infrastructure experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to Exchange management and Microsoft 365 messaging in mid- to large-sized enterprises
- Extensive knowledge in administering Exchange Online and Exchange Server within hybrid setups, including complex mail flow and cross-version upgrades
- Proven track record of leading Exchange migrations from on-premises solutions to Exchange Online; familiarity with tenant-to-tenant or multi-organization migrations is highly desired
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and experienced with Microsoft Graph for automation and management of Exchange Online workflows
- Experience with Mimecast or similar email security platforms and managing email hygiene controls like DKIM, DMARC, and SPF
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 integration and migration tools like Azure AD Connect and hybrid Exchange setups
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex messaging and client issues, including mail flow, connectivity, and performance, with a focus on delivering sustainable solutions
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain a reliable, secure, and scalable Microsoft 365 messaging environment
- Focus on the management of Exchange Online to ensure high availability, security, compliance, and optimal performance in a hybrid, multi-office context
- Act as a technical leader for Microsoft 365 messaging services across the organization
- Oversee Exchange migrations from on-premises systems to Exchange Online
- Collaborate with teams to resolve complex messaging and client issues end to end
- Utilize PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph to automate tasks and manage workflows related to Microsoft 365 messaging
- Ensure robust email security and hygiene through effective management of platforms such as Mimecast
- Stay updated on new technologies and processes related to Microsoft 365 administration and integration
