Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, ideally within the Accounting and Finance sector
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, AWS, Python, Node, React, REST, and Terraform
- Strong grasp of software development principles along with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience in both front-end and back-end development
- Solid understanding of data structures, system design, and algorithms
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly articulating technical challenges and solutions
- Familiarity with agentic AI systems and integration of LLMs
- Proven experience in building greenfield AI products within a small agile team
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement highly scalable and reliable software applications using cutting-edge technologies such as AWS, Python, Node, React, TypeScript, REST, and Terraform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and troubleshoot bugs
- Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and share best practices with the team
- Work closely with the product management team to ensure all product requirements are fulfilled
- Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies to keep our software solutions at the forefront of innovation
