Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 7 years of professional software development experience
- Strong expertise in .NET / C#, particularly ASP.NET Core and Web APIs
- Significant experience with React and TypeScript
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, authentication, and security best practices
- Experience with relational databases and data modeling
- Cloud experience, particularly with Azure preferred
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
- Proven ability to independently manage complex, production-level systems
- Experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Storage) is a plus
- Knowledge of microservices or modular monolithic architectures is desirable
- Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms (Power Platform) and integrations is advantageous
- Proficiency in performance tuning and automated testing frameworks is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET (C#) and React
- Build and utilize RESTful APIs and event-driven services emphasizing performance and security
- Convert business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
- Lead and participate in technical design and architectural choices
- Create modern, responsive UIs using React, TypeScript, and current UI frameworks
- Implement reusable components, manage state, and optimize frontend performance
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI partners to deliver superior user experiences
- Develop backend services utilizing ASP.NET Core and Web APIs
- Design and optimize relational data models (SQL Server and similar)
- Establish authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls
- Operate within Azure environments including App Services, Functions, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools
- Collaborate with DevOps to guarantee reliable deployments and production readiness
- Write automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Engage in code reviews and maintain engineering best practices
- Act as a senior technical contributor within an agile team
- Mentor and support mid-level and junior engineers
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and estimation
- Spot opportunities for refactoring, automation, and ongoing improvement
