Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Demonstrated proficiency with React, Node, Python, LLM, and Terraform.
- Comprehensive understanding of front-end and back-end languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries.
- Knowledge of test-driven development and automated testing practices.
- Strong grasp of secure coding methodologies and familiarity with open-source technologies.
- Excellent analytical abilities, adept at resolving complex technical problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. A Masters degree is advantageous.
- Experience within the Accounting and Finance sector is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions with a focus on scalability and reliability.
- Work collaboratively with business units to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Convert business needs into technical specifications and aid in managing project priorities and timelines.
- Leverage expertise in React, Node, Python, LLM, and Terraform to improve existing systems and create new applications.
- Enhance application performance and scalability while ensuring a secure environment.
- Conduct code reviews and uphold high standards for code quality and documentation.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software to meet optimal performance and quality standards.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and suggest applications for our systems.
