Requirements
Must:
- Over five years of experience in frontend development
- Proficient in building modern web applications with React, emphasizing performance-driven patterns and component design
- Advanced knowledge of TypeScript, including familiarity with advanced types and generics
- Strong user experience design skills, with an AI-first approach to data integration
- Expertise in visualizing complex data using tools such as D3, WebGL, or similar frameworks
- Background in creating modular and scalable UI systems within distributed or micro-frontend settings
- Experience in architecting and developing internal UI libraries or comprehensive design systems
- Familiarity with utility-first or component-based styling techniques, such as Tailwind or CSS-in-JS solutions
- Experience building complex dashboards or interactive analytics tools focused on usability
- Bonus for previous work on interfaces for observability products
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user-friendly visual interfaces that clarify extensive data sets
- Collaborate effectively with the founding team to solve complex technical challenges
- Implement modern web technologies to enhance user experience and performance
- Architect and evolve responsive web applications while integrating advanced TypeScript features
- Build and maintain scalable UI systems, ensuring modularity and maintainability
- Visualize complex data interactively to facilitate user insights
- Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices in frontend development
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes
