Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of professional experience in embedded software or firmware development
- Strong expertise in C/C++ for resource-limited embedded systems
- Demonstrated experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS)
- Comprehensive understanding of hardware-software interaction and debugging at the circuit board level
- Preferred experience with wireless communication protocols (such as cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LoRa, etc.)
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of embedded software and firmware for IoT and wireless connectivity devices
- Architect and implement secure, high-performance embedded systems
- Collaborate closely with hardware teams to support new product designs and troubleshoot complex issues
- Develop and maintain device drivers, communication protocols, and low-level firmware
- Conduct debugging, performance tuning, and power optimization
- Engage in the full product lifecycle from concept development through production and field support
- Mentor junior engineers and guide technical direction and best practices
