Requirements
Must:
- BS/MS in Construction or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Project Management
- Proven experience in Commercial Construction is essential
- Extensive MEP knowledge required
- Familiarity with the Philly/Wilmington market is preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage MEP projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their project requirements are met
- Coordinate with subcontractors and team members to streamline processes
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress
