Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within multifamily and/or commercial construction
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and industry standards
- Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
Responsibilities
