Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience in business analysis or hybrid BA/PM roles with a focus on enterprise IT, analytics, or data platform projects
- Demonstrated expertise in leading Agile delivery as a proxy Product Owner
- Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with data integration tools such as Fivetran and Azure Data Factory
- Solid knowledge of ERP/CRM systems including SAP, Salesforce, or Workday and their relation to enterprise data
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements for enterprise IT and data initiatives
- Act as a proxy Product Owner: define project scope, prioritize features, and guide the Agile delivery process
- Organize discovery workshops, user acceptance testing, and solution validation with stakeholders
- Convert business needs into practical requirements, process flows, and data models
- Work collaboratively on data governance, compliance, and continuous platform improvement
- Promote modern data practices, scalable solutions, and the adoption of self-service analytics
