Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise data and analytics initiatives
- Extensive experience with Databricks in commercial settings
- Practical knowledge of SAP, particularly in finance, supply chain, or commercial data domains
- Strong SQL abilities for data assessment and validation
- Familiarity with ELT/ETL pipelines and contemporary data integration techniques
- Proven background in Agile methodologies using tools like Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps
- Exceptional skills in conducting meetings, influencing stakeholders, and effectively communicating with both technical and executive audiences
Responsibilities
- Spearhead enterprise-level data and analytics projects utilizing Databricks, SAP, SQL, and ELT/ETL processes
- Collaborate with Finance and key stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into implementable, scalable data strategies
- Serve as Senior BA and Proxy Product Owner, overseeing epics, user stories, backlog prioritization, and delivery schedules
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional discussions with developers, architects, and business stakeholders
- Mentor and guide a growing team, establishing high standards for the quality of requirements and excellence in delivery
- Work alongside data engineers and architects on data ingestion pipelines, curated layers, and analytical models
- Ensure adherence to compliance, governance, and data quality in line with pharmaceutical distribution and regulatory requirements
- Manage UAT, data validation, and pre-release assessments to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory needs
