Requirements
Must:
- 3-6 years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend or backend-oriented full-stack development
- Strong expertise in TypeScript or another statically typed programming language (Scala, Rust, Haskell, etc.)
- Proven experience in building production-grade systems and contributing to architectural decisions
- Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools in daily workflows
- Ability to deliver scalable and maintainable systems quickly
- A collaborative mindset with an emphasis on ownership and responsibility
- Willingness to take on greater technical responsibilities over time
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs that support core product functionality
- Develop scalable systems that ingest, structure, and enhance data from diverse or unstructured sources
- Create pipelines to convert raw data into reliable, high-quality datasets for downstream applications
- Support integrations that enable programmatic access to platform data, including AI-driven interaction layers
- Contribute to the evolution of modular and event-driven system architecture
- Participate in system design discussions, technical planning, and engineering prioritization
- Own significant components of the platform from concept through to production
