Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience in engineering with .NET, C#, and SQL.
- At least 1 year of experience in technical product support addressing customer-facing issues.
- Significant experience with JavaScript, Angular, AWS, and other relevant technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to troubleshoot complex software challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- A keen customer-centric focus, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high-quality support.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancement of all production issues and tools that support our product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of our applications.
- Utilize expertise in AWS and JavaScript to create and implement innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure our software solutions lead in technological innovation.
- Deliver top-tier customer support, promptly resolving issues with efficiency and effectiveness.
- Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
