Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Professional background in developing or supporting Sentiment Analysis and/or NLP models
- Familiarity with modern transformer-based models such as BERT, RoBERTa, or similar NLP architectures
- Proficient Python development skills
- Experience in training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models
- Knowledge of ML model evaluation metrics and strategies for performance optimization
- Experience with cloud-native AI/ML tools and services within GCP
- Ability to work autonomously in a consulting or project-driven environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and maintain models for sentiment analysis and NLP within GCP environments
- Enhance model performance, accuracy, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with existing codebases and AI pipelines to improve functionalities
- Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to uncover trends, sentiment patterns, and actionable insights
- Engage cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Validate model outputs to ensure consistency and accuracy across various datasets and use cases
- Assist in model training, testing, tuning, and deployment processes
- Contribute to best practices in AI/ML, documentation, and process enhancements
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of performance issues related to models in production
