Requirements
Must:

- Proficient in Python and comfortable with production-level machine learning pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to design and optimize RAG workflows incorporating hybrid search.
- Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and fine-tuning methods on structured JSON outputs.
- Strong system-level analytical skills to integrate machine learning into product environments seamlessly.
- Understanding of .NET, particularly for integration and orchestration layers is a plus.

Responsibilities

- Spearhead the creation of a Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) loop incorporating user interface feedback and audit information.
- Design resilient systems that effectively combine traditional APIs with probabilistic inference.
- Collaborate with full-stack and platform engineers to deploy solutions in a production environment.
- Stay updated on the latest model capabilities and make informed decisions regarding adoption.
