Requirements
Must:

- Demonstrated experience as a Construction Project Manager overseeing various commercial construction projects
- Thorough understanding of construction practices, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate project teams
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills for prioritizing tasks and adhering to deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
- Detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and problem-solving
- Capacity to adapt to evolving project demands and perform well under pressure
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with project scope, budget, and timeline
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project goals, objectives, and requirements
- Create detailed project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and procurement methods
- Manage project financials, monitoring expenses, and promptly addressing any discrepancies
- Supervise project documentation such as contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Conduct routine site visits and inspections to assess construction progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards
- Offer direction and support to project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, promoting a harmonious work atmosphere
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks, disputes, and issues, implementing effective mitigation measures
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to clients and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, integrating innovative solutions into project execution
