Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar capacity within the Accounting and Finance sector.
- Extensive experience in data cleanup, data loading, and integration with Marketing Cloud.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver effective training and develop thorough documentation.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Jira, DevOps, and Azure.
- Experience with third-party Salesforce integrations.
- Excellent communication capabilities, able to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills focused on sustaining positive stakeholder relationships.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proactive and solution-oriented demeanor, skilled in identifying and enacting process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of complex Salesforce initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct data cleanup, loading, and migration tasks to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with Marketing Cloud and other external systems, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.
- Develop and present Salesforce training sessions for end users to enhance their proficiency with the platform.
- Create comprehensive documentation including technical specifications, system configurations, and user manuals.
- Manage the execution of email campaigns through Marketing Cloud, ensuring compliance with marketing strategies.
- Apply Agile methodologies to effectively manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Utilize tools such as Jira, DevOps, and Azure to monitor project progress, manage resources, and automate workflows.
- Collaborate with various teams to identify system enhancements and implement Salesforce solutions that boost productivity and business outcomes.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication, promptly addressing their needs and concerns.
