Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting capacity, ideally within a SaaS environment focused on cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management.
- Robust knowledge of GRC frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, FISMA, CMMC, NIST 800-53/171, etc.) and their implementation in modern cloud settings (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Capability to design and articulate solutions that align with both technical specifications and business objectives for various stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the talent to simplify complex security or compliance topics into clear, relatable concepts.
- Familiarity with security integration tools (SIEM, vulnerability scanners, identity management, endpoint protection, etc.) is advantageous.
- Proficient in tools such as HubSpot, Slack, JIRA, Zendesk, and diagramming software (Lucidchart, Miro).
- Self-motivated with a team-oriented attitude and a strong desire to assist clients in achieving their goals.
- A technical educational background (Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar discipline) is preferred; certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CCSK are beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between technical intricacies and business outcomes, guiding clients through our solutions to enhance their compliance processes across various frameworks like FedRAMP, GovRAMP, TX-RAMP, SOC 2, and CMMC.
- Conduct comprehensive presentations and discussions to help clients grasp complex topics associated with compliance and cybersecurity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and compliance regulations to provide informed advice to customers.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to bolster expertise in our product offerings.
