Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Masters degree or PhD is a plus
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Proficient in programming languages such as Rust and Python
- Strong experience with container orchestration tools and Docker
- Demonstrated knowledge in AI, machine learning, NLP, and deep learning
- Familiarity with desktop software development
- Experience with OpenAI and LLM
- Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity
- Strong verbal communication skills, able to convey complex ideas to non-technical colleagues
- Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously
- Passionate about technology and motivated to keep current with industry advancements
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement sophisticated AI models and algorithms
- Employ programming languages like Golang and Rust to create AI systems
- Utilize container orchestration tools for deploying, scaling, and managing containerized applications
- Create and maintain Docker containers for the deployment of AI applications
- Collaborate with the software development team to integrate AI models into desktop applications
- Partner with the OpenAI team in developing advanced AI technologies
- Use Language Model (LLM) for training AI models and enhancing their performance
- Conduct routine testing to guarantee the performance and reliability of AI systems
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our AI systems competitive
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to identify requirements and propose solutions
