Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in roadway or bridge engineering.
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microstation, Civil 3D, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of traffic engineering, bridge design, and transportation projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting intricate information in a clear manner.
- Proven ability to address complex problems and make informed engineering decisions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct multiple transportation projects, ensuring they are finished timely, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
- Design and execute roadway, highway, and bridge structures utilizing industry-standard software such as OpenRoads, Civil 3D, or Geopak.
- Conduct traffic engineering studies and analyses to devise strategic traffic management solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and engineers, to guarantee project effectiveness.
