Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Experience with internet service provider backbone technologies and their implementation
- Proficiency in VPN and EVPN technologies
- Experience in data center network environments
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph
- Understanding of network architecture, security, and hardware such as routers, Layer 2 switching, Layer 3 multicast, and tunneling (GRE/VXLAN)
- Certifications such as NCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE, CCNP, or CCIE are preferred
- Familiarity with Juniper products (QFX, EX, Apstra, Junos) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site post-sales support for Juniper Networks products
- Design, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain complex data center network environments
- Deliver expert technical analysis, integration, and implementation support
- Contribute to project planning and documentation
- Ensure efficient operation of technologies including EVPN, multicast, OSPF, BGP, and tunneling protocols
- Evaluate customer network configurations and resolve technical issues
- Support automation and DevOps initiatives as applicable
