Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role within the construction sector
- Demonstrated expertise in facilitating design decisions across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines
- Proficient in BIM reviews, Procore, and Bluebeam software
- Certification in OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 safety standards
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with the capacity to make prompt decisions under pressure
- Strong communication and leadership qualities, with the capability to work collaboratively with a range of construction professionals
- Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality requirements
- Skillful in preparing and delivering technical reports on construction advancements and challenges
- Detail-oriented with robust organizational and project management capabilities
Responsibilities
- Supervise all technical elements of our construction projects, encompassing civil, structural, architectural, and MEP design decisions
- Conduct regular BIM reviews to verify the precision and quality of construction plans
- Leverage Procore and Bluebeam software to enhance construction project management and document control workflows
- Ensure adherence to OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 safety regulations at all construction sites
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other construction professionals to facilitate design choices and troubleshoot technical challenges
- Oversee and assess construction work to confirm compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- Compile and present technical reports detailing construction progress and any challenges faced
