Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or a similar field is preferred, with equivalent experience considered
- CMRP certification is highly advantageous
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data mining and predictive modeling
- Familiarity with RCA triggers and leading investigations
- Knowledge of maintenance management systems (e.g., Maintenance Connection, Maximo)
- Proven application of Reliability Engineering Principles (e.g., statistical analysis, Pareto analysis, MTBF, MTTR, reliability modeling)
- Proficiency in predictive and preventive maintenance tools and methodologies
- Understanding of ISO systems along with OSHA and EPA regulations
- Experience in managing capital projects
Responsibilities
- Lead by adhering to all safety and environmental protocols as well as company policies
- Assist plant teams by facilitating advanced problem-solving methods
- Exhibit strong team facilitation skills to engage diverse groups in achieving timely improvement outcomes
- Coach and participate with plant teams to enhance performance and address complex challenges
- Enhance maintenance procedures to ensure asset sustainability through the analysis of plant maintenance data
- Collaborate with technical teams and company resources to maintain asset management and inventory accuracy, driving maintenance financial efficiency
- Oversee projects focused on value-at-stake opportunities to improve all operational aspects
- Manage daily systems that support continuous improvement initiatives, including defect management and root cause analysis, while promoting autonomous maintenance
- Engage during daily shifts and meetings to report on performance metrics and counter measures
- Interact with production teams to provide insights that encourage ownership of equipment and processes
