- Experience managing full-cycle testing initiatives

- Exceptional attention to detail
- Willingness to travel as required
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field (equivalent experience may be considered)
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Jira, SQL, Protractor, JavaScript/TypeScript, Cucumber, and Jenkins

Responsibilities
- Conduct manual testing utilizing established test scripts
- Develop comprehensive test cases, plans, and procedures
- Perform ad-hoc, functional, stress, and acceptance testing
- Identify negative, boundary, and edge-case scenarios for testing
- Document defects and suggested enhancements within bug-tracking systems
- Compile and publish detailed Software Test Reports
- Engage in technical reviews of specifications and prototypes
- Analyze requirements and formulate validation strategies
- Create and uphold automated test scripts
- Execute automated tests and resolve any automation failures
- Use CI tools to produce automated test reporting
- Conduct stress and performance testing through automation tools
- Oversee QA requests and assign tasks to ensure timely completion
- Develop estimates for testing activities
- Propose enhancements to QA/QC processes
- Collaborate with design, development, and cross-functional teams
- Mentor and train junior QA staff (up to 3 team members)
- Manage subsets or full test efforts from start to finish
