Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 1-4 years in professional QA or software testing
- Extensive experience in manual testing of web-based applications
- Exposure to or hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar
- Experience within Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) preferred
- Experience in validating API integrations and data workflows
- Understanding of role-based security and access control validation
- Basic familiarity with Azure and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to work collaboratively with developers and DevOps teams
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test cases for Microsoft Power Platform and Azure solutions
- Test Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate workflows, and Dataverse data models
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for regression, smoke, and API/integration testing
- Collaborate with Developers and DevOps to establish sprint-aligned test strategies
- Validate deployments across various environments and support release confidence
- Identify quality risks early in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and take proactive measures to prevent defects
- Log, track, and validate defects, providing clear reproduction steps and acceptance criteria
- Validate data integrity, security roles, and permission structures in Dataverse and SQL Server
- Contribute to scalable QA documentation, standards, and repeatable processes
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
